LA LISTE WORLD’S BEST RESTAURANTS 2024: CANADIAN SELECTIONS

Canada's dining scene has taken center stage internationally as of late, with Michelin stars awarded to restaurants in Toronto and Vancouver, and now the inclusion of 19 restaurants in La Liste’s 2024 ranking of the World’s Best Restaurants.

La Liste compiles an annual data-driven ranking, evaluating guidebooks, media publications, millions of online reviews, and input from thousands of chefs.

Specifically, they determine restaurants' scores on a 0-100 scale based on:

  • Trusted guidebook and critic restaurant ratings

  • Feedback from chefs on guide legitimacy and restaurant quality

  • Quantified online customer reviews, weighted at 10%

The resulting scores give each restaurant their ranking.
